God wants to help you reclaim peace in a world that never stops!
Technological fatigue is a weight we weren’t meant to carry. In a world that demands our constant attention, it’s time to reclaim the 2026 Sabbath. God isn’t in your notifications; He’s in your silence.
Right now, there’s a powerful movement toward Digital Fasting, and it’s more than just a trend: it’s a return to the rhythm of rest God actually designed for us.
We’ve become so used to the constant ‘buzz’ in our pockets that we’ve forgotten how to hear the ‘still, small voice’ of the Spirit. I want to challenge you today to try a Digital Rest. It doesn’t have to be daunting. Maybe it’s just one hour of quiet every evening, or perhaps you’re ready to dive into a full, device-free Sunday. When you detach from the screen, you create the space to finally attach to God’s Spirit. You detach long enough to hear God speaking to you,
you detach long enough to feel God touching you, healing you, inspiring you, restoring you and experience God’s presence in sometimes unpleasant situations.

You aren’t ‘missing out’ on the world; when you detach from the world, you’re finally checking back into your own soul. When you detach from the world and invite God into your life through prayer, you inviting God to enter into your world touch, fix or alter all of those things that matter to you.
God’s presence changes things.
So, give yourself permission to rest today.
Invite God in, pray, Heavenly Father, please come and refresh me.
Renew my strength…
Refresh me again.
Revive me again.
Talk to me again.
Help me dream again.
Ignite my prayer life again.
Excite me again.
Bless me again.
God is waiting for you in the quiet.
